There’s not a prettier sound in the world… Dry Grass Whispering. A family story from a born story teller, warm and poignant with a fine sense of the ridiculous a book to remember. Norah’s whisperings in the grass have always come from the land, her family and her God… she has endured drought and flood, as a child and mother. Readers from the outback will need only change the property names and imagine different roads, city folk will be introduced to a new world. The risks of survival enlarged through the prism of distance.
