CHRISTMAS POSTAGE – CUT OFF DATES
The below dates have been provided as a guide only from Australia Post for deliveries prior to Christmas. Orders to NT & WA should allow additional postage time.
Regular Post – Friday 20th December Express Post – Monday 23rd December
All orders are posted from Donohues Townsville warehouse located at: 230 Charters Towers Road, Hermit Park. Townsville, Queensland, Australia.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO POST MY ORDER?
Postage is calculated at the checkout based on the size of your order.
DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
Our website and payment portal only allow us to process orders for Australia and New Zealand directly through the website however, we can ship items worldwide! Please contact us at website@donohues.com.au with the items you would like to order and the postal address and we will get back to you with a quote and payment options.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Orders are sent via Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday, Friday (excluding public holidays). Your order must be placed by 12 noon to be sent the same day otherwise, it will be sent on the next scheduled postage day. Once your order has been finalised you will receive an order confirmation with your tracking details.
During December we ask that you allow an extra 48 business hours for orders to be processed, particularly as we get closer to Christmas. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please include this information with your order so we can do our best to meet your requirements.
CAN I ORGANISE FOR A COURIER TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Please just send us an email or give us a call to let us know the details and we can have it securely packaged ready for collection. Please note: the standard click and collect time frame applies for orders being collected by a courier.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping timeframes are provided by Australia Post and should be considered as a guide only, not a guarantee. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been completed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?
Once your order leaves the Donohues warehouse it is in the hands of Australia Post however, if you believe your parcel is lost please contact our team via phone or email and we will do everything in our power to assist you. Australia Post automatically insures your parcel for the first $100 of the items value however, there is the option for additional insurance and signature on delivery at the checkout.
THIS ORDER IS A GIFT FOR SOMEBODY, WILL THERE BE PRICE TAGS ON THE ITEMS?
Please make sure you write in the notes that this is a gift and we will remove price tags and will not send a tax invoice with the order. We can also include a special hand written note or gift wrap your order upon request.
