Flat rate shipping on all orders within Australia & New Zealand. Prices will be generated at the checkout.
International Orders – Please contact us at email@example.com with your order and the postal address where it is to be sent and we will get back to you with a quote for your order.
Shipping Process – Orders are shipped throughout Australia & New Zealand via Australia Post, within their standard time frames. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order via the Australia Post website. Options for additional insurance & signature on delivery are available at the checkout and are recommended on all orders over $100.
Once your item has left our warehouse it is in the hands of Australia Post. Any delays or lost items are out of our control and Donohues cannot be held responsible. Shipping timeframes are provided by Australia Post and must be considered as a guide only, not a guarantee.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday & Friday and are required to be processed by 12 noon that day to be shipped the same day. Any orders outside this time frame will be shipped on the next scheduled day. Please note: We do not ship items on weekends or public holidays.

December Orders – During December we ask that you allow an extra 48 business hours for orders to be processed, particularly as we get closer to Christmas. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please include this information with your order so we can do our best to meet your requirements.
Lost / Delayed Orders – If your order does not arrive within 10 days of receiving your tracking details and you have followed up using your tracking information, please contact us at email@example.com or (07) 47755144 and we will investigate further.
Signature on Delivery – In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) is chosen by the customer and delivery is shown as complete by Australia Post, Donohues and Australia Post are removed of all responsibility, as the customer voluntarily selected a non-secure delivery method. The option for signature on delivery is available the checkout.
Additional Insurance – All tracked items are sent with free insurance to the item value of $100. Additional insurance is available to purchase at the checkout and is recommended on all orders over $100. Should you choose to not have additional insurance Donohues and Australia Post are removed of all responsibility for damaged or lost items as the customer voluntarily selected no additional insurance.
Credit Card Fraud – Credit card fraud is illegal and we are diligent in our website practices to avoid this occurring. If a transaction is suspicious, we reserve the right to contact the cardholder to ensure the appropriate authorisation is provided on the transaction before shipping.
If we cannot gain the required authority, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.
If your order has been flagged for verification or authorisation, dispatch will be delayed until the verification has been provided. Delivery timeframes will be affected by this process and we accept no responsibility for any delay.
Alternate Carrier – If you don’t want your items to be sent via Australia Post it is your responsibility to make arrangements with your chosen carrier and relay this information to us.
